Before submitting a support ticket, try the following simple troubleshooting steps. These can often resolve issues quickly and save you time. If you're still having trouble, we're here to help.

đź’ˇ General Troubleshooting Tips

  • Restart your computer:
Click the Start menu (Windows) or Apple icon (Mac), then choose "Restart." This refreshes the system and clears temporary bugs.
  • Check cables and connections:
Make sure all power, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and network cables are plugged in securely. If using a docking station, check its power too.
  • Test your internet connection:
Try opening google.com. If it doesn't load, restart your router or modem. Also, make sure airplane mode is off and Wi-Fi is enabled.
  • Close unused apps:
On Windows, press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager. On Mac, press Cmd + Space and search "Activity Monitor." Right-click high-memory apps and choose "End Task" or "Force Quit."
  • Run a virus scan:
Open your antivirus program (e.g., Windows Security or Malwarebytes), click "Scan Now," and let it complete a full scan.
  • Update your system:
    - Windows: Go to Settings > Windows Update and click "Check for updates."
    - Mac: Open System Settings > General > Software Update and install available updates.
  • Try a different device:
If you're unsure whether a problem is with the device or app, try accessing it from another computer, phone, or network to isolate the issue.
