You can permanently delete your Homebase account and all associated data at any time. Deletion removes your account, every entry you created (warranties, notes, money records, chores, calendar events), attached receipt photos, and all paired devices from our servers.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the Homebase mobile app and make sure you’re signed in.
- Open the account menu (top of the Home tab) and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your data is removed immediately and you’re signed out.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, email us from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you.
- Email support@sevlotechnologies.com from your account email.
- Put “Delete my Homebase account” in the subject line.
- We’ll confirm and complete deletion within 7 days.
What is deleted: your account record, family content, receipt photos, and device tokens.
Retention: data is removed from active systems upon deletion; routine encrypted backups, if any, age out on their normal cycle and are not restored to active use.
